Definitions

Planning : It's basically choose and set the missions and goals of the organization. Then, determine policies, projects , programs, procedures , methods , budgets, policies and strategies needed to achieve them , further including the decision to have to choose between several courses of future action. In short, is to decide in advance what you want to achieve in the future and how it will achieve.

Organization : Is to determine what tasks should be done, who does them, how they are grouped , who reports to whom and where decisions are made .


direc: The fact influence individuals to contribute for enforcement of organizational and group goals ; therefore, has to do primarily with the interpersonal aspect of management .

Control : This involves measuring and correcting individual and organizational performance to ensure that the facts adhere to the plans. Involves measuring performance based on goals and plans , detection of deviations from standards and contribution to correcting them.
